PRIVATE YOGA LESSONS
Each lesson will explore yoga poses (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama) and focusing exercises (Pratyahara and Dharana), relevant to your needs and requirements.
Our sessions are tailored to your requests and draw influence from the following styles:
Vinyasa (active, warming, sweaty)
Hatha (slower, meditative, deep stretch)
Restorative (resting with the support of props; calming the nervous system)
The duration of the session is 60 minutes and exercises will be given for the student to practice in between sessions.
How does it work?
First step is to schedule a time for me to call you, by completing the form below. We'll consult on the phone and arrange a first lesson.
Next, I come to your home for an introductory session. We'll assess your needs and explore what you're looking for in a yoga practice.
From there, we create a plan to work together once, twice, or three times per week, with yoga sessions that are perfectly tailored to you.
I ask for a commitment of at least 6 lessons to start.
