Each week there are 4 vinyasa flow classes: one for the hips, glutes and legs, one for the back and abs, one for the shoulders and arms and finally a "rest day" sequence for the whole body. beginner’s series

This course includes 5 classes, which cover the foundations of vinyasa yoga: sun salutations, standing postures, twists, balancing postures and back bends. The perfect course to learn the names of postures and the correct alignment, as well as practise some basic flows.


The non-bendy athlete series

The perfect course for those who can’t touch their toes! This series includes 6 classes that work on areas of the body that are typically tight and/or weak. Perfect for beginners, these classes aim to stretch, strengthen and stabilise.
